well, 1st of all, thanx to our hero harimau malaya sbb merekalah 1 malaysia dapat public holiday pada jumaat haritu...
so kesempatan cuti 3 hari akoo gunakan sepenuhnye utk touch up studio unitku di APR..
dan akhirnye semua sudah ready..
opss..
lagi 2 bende yg x siap lagi...
1st pasang door bell n 2nd pasang lampu kat balcony depan..

kenapa masih x siap lagi??
hahaha.. ini adalah kerana akoo plan nk pasang sdiri a.k.a DIY but disebabkan akoo ni buta wiring n kurangnye kelengkapan radas2 elektrik, maka doorbell yg akoo cube pasang x mengeluarkan bunyi..
lampu pulak akoo msh x pasang sbb mlas nk panjat tangga..
hahahha.. ni laa dia kelemahan klu DIY..
rajen dan malas menjadi taruhan..
tp yang penting, rumah akoo da ready utk disewakan..
kepada sesiapa yg berminat atau mengenali sesiapa yg nk sewa rumah studio di kawasan ampang blh laa hubungi akoo di 016-9319391..

well i'll try to update my blog more frequently...
hope i'll alwiz have ideas bout wut to jot down..
now, i'm in dilemma..

its actually about my studio unit at ampang putra residency..
currently the unit is still vacant.
is it bcause my target rental price is too high??
or bcause my luck is still not on my side yet?



but, i've got a few potential tenant keep calling me..
i'm still thinking coz most of them wanna rent for a short period of time..
is it worth it?
some want 2 weeks n some want 2 months?
wut is my solution regarding this matters?
shall i restructure my renting price?
shall i convert my studio into 'homestay'?
how much should i ask for a deposit if they keen to stay for less than 1 month period?

any solution guys??

well, after a very long time havent updated my blog..
more than 1 year i tink..so now is the time for me to continue updating my blog..

well, there is alot of things happening in this year..
1st, my Ampang Putra Residency is completed n now awaits for tenant..



2nd, my Tiara Beach Resort unit also now officially mine..



3rd, i'm becoming a qualified perfusionist from 1st january 2010..

well, i dunno wut my blog is suppose to head..
either its gonna solely dedicated to a properties investment blog, or its gonna be my nonsense talking blog..
well, i tink since i dont have interesting things happen in my life, so better i dedicate this as my nonsense talking blog..
